SECPay Enterprise Solutions are comprised of a range of flexible options that larger merchants can configure to meet their individual business needs.
Normally only available to merchants expecting to process in excess of 5,000 transactions per month, the Enterprise service features are designed to help merchants speed up, integrate and develop their processing gateway to better fit their specific requirements.
The key ingredients for Enterprise solutions are flexibility and support. SECPay has what is probably the most flexible and extensive payment gateway service architectures of any PSP in the UK. We have been able to develop and support a wide range of businesses with a comprehensive, secure and robust service that is unmatched by our competitors.
There are many features that can be configured to meet your requirements within the Enterprise Solution, here are some examples:
Reporting Integration
The ability to apply XSLT reporting on user defined predicates means that Enterprise merchants can incorporate and build transaction reporting to integrate to others systems they use or their reporting processes. When combined with Multi-user role defined administration capability, SECPay Enterprise merchants can skin and build different reports for their business which are then available to specific roles within their business. In essence this means that reports can be tailored for different roles within the business from accounts admin through to CFO and MD.
Customisable Fraud and in Process Transaction Screening
The Enterprise solution from SECPay is able to offer additional in-process screening features that enable merchants to funnel transactions based on pre-defined parameters and rules to achieve a specific response or outcome. At the simplest level it offers the merchant the ability to (for instance) hold transaction in quarantine that are received between midnight and 8pm that are for a specific type of products or are a multiple order of the same product and where the delivery address does not match the cardholder billing address and the delivery address is in a post code where fraud claim are significantly above the average. At a more complex level it could add further elements to the transaction process including specific e-mail responses to the ordering customer (i.e. your order has been held as we have been unable to verify your details please call x department on 01xxx 0000xxxx tomorrow morning between 9am and 5pm to verify your order) whilst sending a similar e-mail to the finance depart and despatch departments. Furthermore a rule could then be set, so that if the transaction is not released within 48 hours it is automatically rejected.
The flexibility of the system is considerable, accordingly the range of examples of how the Enterprise solution can benefit larger merchants are as numerous as there are businesses. Listed below are a range of features that support this flexibility:
Proactive real time fraud mitigation measures
Merchant defined in-process transaction profiling and screening
Configurable callbacks
Configurable e-mail templates
Ability to include custom/bespoke data in the callback / e-mails
Ability to auto-defer with auto release after defined time period
Quarantining of suspect transactions
Ability to update all card details for repeat and multiple repeat scheduled transactions
Transaction aggregation for small and micro-payments
International time zone reporting

These features are in addition to all the features available in both Premium and Premium+ services and are topped off with the highest support and service levels that include pro-active account management and one working day turnaround on all service and support tickets.
