SECNet is the secure merchant portal area accessed from the SECPay website. This extranet is a rich information resource offering SECPay merchants and partners specific areas of information as well as access to the back office areas of their account for reporting, and to their SECTerminal.
SECNet provides a range of information, support and access tools including the virtual terminal SECTerminal for Mail order and telephone order processing.
SECNet offers a range of additional features for merchants, most significantly:
Traffic lighted coding for all transactions on key authorisation criteria (AVS, CV2 etc)
Additional fraud scoring from 3RD Man
Multi-user role defined administration
The ability to build and store reports
Access to SECNet is through the secure log-on area within the SECPay website. Once in the extranet environment the user can pull off management reports on their transactions by status, date range and other pre-defined attributes.

Within the SECNet environment, SECPay provide news and updates on operational and industry matters affecting merchants directly. In this way SECPay merchants can always gain the latest news and information.

SECTerminal is a virtual terminal provided to all merchants as part of the standard service.
